Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute online marketing initiatives that promote Atmadhruti’s services and mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing digital campaigns, managing social media channels, optimizing content for engagement, and tracking performance through web analytics tools. The role involves collaborating with coaches and leadership to translate life planning programs into clear, compelling digital narratives that attract and retain clients.

The specialist will also analyze data to refine strategies, maintain brand consistency across platforms,



and stay updated on digital marketing trends relevant to wellness and life planning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, with experience managing and growing brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content.
- Experience in content creation for digital platforms, such as posts, blogs, email newsletters, and simple creatives.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles and marketing automation or email marketing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team workplace and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in wellness, personal development, or sustainable living is highly beneficial.
