Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹9,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Executive to generate current business opportunities and acquire clients.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, conducting follow-ups, maintaining client relationships, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, social media and online research.
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients.
- Understand clients' business requirements and marketing needs.
- Conduct sales calls and online meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare and share proposals/quotations with prospects.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients.
- Handle client queries and objections professionally.
- Negotiate with prospects and close deals.




- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams after closing the deal.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements
- Graduate in any relevant field preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling or Digital Marketing Sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
