We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns to drive measurable business results. The candidate will be responsible for campaign performance, lead generation, conversions, and ROI across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaigns.
- Track leads and conversions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the Creative, Content, and Sales teams to improve campaign performance.




- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and performance marketing strategies.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, tracking, pixels, and conversion tracking will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a Night Shift.
