Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

- Create and manage social media content, including reels, posts, stories and short-form videos.

- Shoot, edit and produce engaging videos/reels showcasing events, projects and company activities.

- Handle video editing using

Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools

.

- Develop monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting.

- Write captions, content copies and basic marketing creatives.

- Track social media performance, engagement, reach and leads and prepare basic reports.

- Support paid digital campaigns and coordinate with external agencies when required.

- Follow current social media trends and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility.

- Coordinate with the internal design, production and client servicing teams to collect content from events.

- Maintain the company's digital brand image and ensure consistency across platforms.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or content marketing.

- Solid video editing and short-form content creation skills.

- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Hands-on experience with video editing software.

- Good content writing and communication skills.

- Understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing metrics.

- Creative eye for visuals, storytelling and trends.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.

Preferred

- Experience in the events, advertising, experiential marketing or creative industry

.

- Basic photography/videography skills.

- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or other paid campaigns.

- Portfolio of reels, event videos or social media campaigns.
