We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Intern – Social Media & Influencer Marketing

We are looking for a creative, internet-savvy and execution-focused Digital Marketing Intern who understands what makes people stop scrolling, engage and share.

This role will focus primarily on organic content, social media growth and influencer marketing .

What You’ll Work On

• Create ideas for engaging organic social media content

- Write posts, captions, hooks, carousel copy and short-form video scripts

• Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms

- Research trending topics, formats, memes and content opportunities relevant to education, careers and upskilling

• Identify content ideas that can increase reach, engagement, followers and brand awareness

• Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, educators and career-focused content creators

- Reach out to influencers for collaborations and partnerships
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach to execution
- Build and maintain influencer databases and outreach trackers
- Follow up with creators for content delivery and campaign execution
- Support Reel, Shorts and other short-form video content planning
- Study competitor and leading brand social media strategies
- Track social media performance and identify what content is working
- Experiment with new organic growth and content ideas
- Support other marketing and brand-building initiatives





Who Should Apply

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves social media, content and internet culture

- Has strong written communication skills
- Can write catchy hooks, captions and social media copy

• Understands platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube

- Regularly follows social media trends, creators and viral content formats

• Is interested in influencer marketing and creator partnerships

- Can generate new content ideas instead of waiting for instructions
- Has good research and organisational skills
- Is comfortable using Google Sheets for basic tracking and reporting
- Can professionally communicate and follow up with influencers and creators
- Is proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment

You do not need years of marketing experience.
