Role & responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

- Manage and update company social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

- Create and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

- Assist in developing creative content, captions, hashtags, and marketing copies.

- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research.

- Support SEO activities, keyword research, and website content optimization.

- Assist with lead generation and online promotion activities.

- Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, and other digital marketing metrics.

- Prepare basic digital marketing reports and performance analysis.

- Coordinate with the HR, Recruitment, and Marketing teams for promotional activities.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends,



social media algorithms, and content formats.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.

- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar designing tools will be an advantage.

- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising is preferred.

- Positive research, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
