You own SolveDet's entire marketing function — a one-person department to begin with, and the mandate to build it. You run our digital presence end to end: Google Ads, Meta, influencer partnerships, and everything in between.

What you'll do

- Own and run the full marketing function across channels
- Plan and manage performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
- Build and manage influencer- and partnership-led marketing
- Track, measure, and optimise spend against quality lead generation
- Shape the brand's voice and presence as the practice grows

Who we're looking for

- A proven track record running digital marketing across Google,



Meta, and influencer channels
- A hands-on operator comfortable owning the function solo
- Robust on performance metrics and lead quality, not just reach
- Experience marketing financial or SME-facing services a plus
