About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, create compelling marketing content, and drive tenant and property-owner acquisition.

This is a hybrid creative + digital marketing role where you will combine strong visual design skills with data-driven digital marketing strategies.

Graphic Design & Visual Content

- Maintain and develop brand identity across digital and print platforms.
- Design property brochures, flyers, pitch decks, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Create social media creatives, web banners, email templates, and landing-page designs.
- Edit property photos, walkthrough videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual communication.

Digital Marketing & Content :

1. Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
2. Develop and execute social media content calendars and campaigns.
3. Generate leads from prospective tenants and property owners.
4. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead-nurturing communications.
5. Update website content, property listings, and landing pages.
6. Implement basic SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
7. Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, leads,



and social media engagement.

Required Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, CapCut & Canva Pro.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video-editing work.
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Ability to write engaging captions, marketing copy, and social media content.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media insights.

- Candidates with experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or related industries will be preferred.
- Creative thinker with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
