We're a fast-growing branding agency in Coimbatore and we need a well-rounded Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and analyse the full digital marketing mix — from SEO and social media to Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads — and back every decision with sharp performance data.

What You'll Own: ? Social Media Management

- Plan and manage social media content contents and calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and platform-specific content for multiple brands
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions
- Identify trending content formats and apply them to client strategies
- Collaborate with the design team on creatives, reels, and stories

? Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram

- Set up and manage lead gen, awareness, retargeting, and Advantage+ campaigns
- Build precise audience segments — custom audiences and lookalikes
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences for continuous improvement
- Manage Meta Pixel setup, custom conversions, and event tracking
- Optimize CPL, ROAS, and CTR across every campaign

? Google Ads

- Manage Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- Conduct keyword research — match types, negatives, and bid strategy
- Write high-converting ad copy — headlines, descriptions, and extensions
- Optimize Quality Score, Ad Rank, and campaign performance daily




- Run remarketing campaigns across Google Display Network

? YouTube Ads

- Plan and execute YouTube ad campaigns — skippable, non-skippable, bumper, and discovery
- Brief the creative team on video ad hooks, CTAs, and messaging
- Target the right audience — demographics, interests, and placements
- Track view rates, CTR, and conversion data to optimize performance

? Performance Analysis — The Heart of This Role

- Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel for accurate tracking
- Track conversions, goals, events, and funnel performance across all client campaigns
- Build clear, visual performance dashboards using Looker Studio
- Analyse campaign data weekly — identify what's working, what's not, and why
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports — spend, results, trends, and recommendations
- Present insights and growth strategies directly to clients with clarity and confidence
- Use data to continuously improve campaign performance across every channel

What We're Looking For: Must-Haves:

- 2–3 years of full digital marketing experience — SEO, social, ads, and analytics
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Strong in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Search Console




- Experience building performance reports and presenting data-driven insights to clients
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong written communication in English and Tamil — content, copy, and client reporting
- Senior-level ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told, you lead from the front

Nice-to-Haves:

- Google Ads Certification — Search, Display, or YouTube
- Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience with Looker Studio dashboard building
- Knowledge of email marketing — Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM tools — Zoho CRM or HubSpot
- Basic Canva skills for quick creative edits and briefs
- Prior agency experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
