Digital Marketing & Content Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy candidate who can manage real-estate digital marketing and content , from SEO and content creation to video editing and paid advertising.

The role will involve working on Easy Home Search and other Easy Investology digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real Estate SEO & Content

- Create SEO-friendly content for real-estate projects.
- Research keywords, locations and property-related topics.
- Manage website content and basic on-page SEO.
- Create blogs, captions and social-media content.
- Improve organic reach and website visibility.

2. Social Media Management

- Plan and manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Create and schedule posts, Reels and Stories.
- Develop engaging real-estate content.
- Monitor performance and improve content based on insights.

3. Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, property videos and promotional videos.
- Create short-form content suitable for Instagram and YouTube.
- Add captions, transitions, music and other appropriate editing elements.
- Maintain consistent brand style.

4. Paid Advertising

- Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Work on real-estate lead-generation campaigns.




- Monitor campaign performance, leads, CTR, CPL and other key metrics.
- Test creatives and audiences and suggest improvements.

5. Content Strategy

- Research real-estate market trends and competitors.
- Develop monthly content ideas and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales/real-estate team to create property-focused content.
- Track content performance and prepare basic reports.

Requirements
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Positive video editing skills
- Good understanding of Instagram and social-media content
- Basic knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools
- Good written and verbal communication
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment
- Ability to learn and work independently
