We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a performance-focused mindset, and hands-on experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, target audience, and budgets.

Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for leads, sales, conversions, and ROAS.

Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.

Create and manage campaign structures, targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies.

Continuously test creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.

Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.





Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Track leads and conversions using pixels, events, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.

Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Manage multiple client campaigns and ensure campaigns are aligned with their business objectives.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Robust understanding of performance marketing and conversion funnels.

Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, remarketing, and lead generation.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Basic understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
