About the Role Cygnus Advertising (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, lead generation and sales .

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing, social media and customer-facing sales activities across multiple business ventures managed by Cygnus Advertising (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Business.
- Plan and execute digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, captions and promotional content.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement and lead generation.
- Develop creative ideas to improve online visibility, customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with creative teams for digital marketing and promotional requirements.
- Generate leads through social media, digital platforms, calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.




- Promote products and services through digital and direct communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Sales or Business Development.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university.
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills .
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
- Practical experience in lead generation and sales conversion .
- Confident in customer communication, follow-ups and handling enquiries.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business and basic digital analytics will be an advantage.

Compensation ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional earning potential is available based on individual performance and successful sales conversions.
