Job Summary: We are looking for a sharp and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate with proven experience to join our growing team at Madtown. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work across performance platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, contribute to SEO efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Implement SEO & SEM strategies to boost traffic, improve rankings, and drive conversions
- Allocate and monitor budgets to achieve campaign goals & optimize return on investment
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and targeting to enhance ad effectiveness
- Generate data-driven performance reports with clear insights and actionable next steps
- Optimize user journeys including landing pages and funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Collaborate with content, creative,



and design teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and aligned with objectives
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry trends to maintain campaign competitiveness

Skill Required:

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in an agency or high-growth startup environment
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar dashboards
- Proven ability to run and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO strategies and website optimization techniques
- Proficiency in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to support ad creation, SEO, campaign optimization, and performance tracking
- Capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies is a strong advantage
- Strong verbal & written communication skills; committed to continuous learning
- High attention to detail; open to giving & receiving feedback; proactive & solution-driven
