About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Business Transformation Leader to lead and scale a global Digital Business Transformation practice across geographies, disciplines, and delivery models.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an executive who can combine global delivery excellence, digital transformation expertise, practice building, and solid business partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Lead a large, multidisciplinary digital transformation organization across global markets
- Drive operational excellence across delivery, financial performance, utilization, governance, and talent
- Define and strengthen global ways of working, operating models, and delivery frameworks
- Provide strategic leadership across Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, Commerce, Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, Experience Design, cloud, and AI
- Champion engineering, design, and digital craft excellence across the organization
- Build future-ready capabilities aligned with evolving client and market demands
- Partner with global market / P&L; leaders across the US, Europe, and APAC
- Support strategic solutioning, presales, capability positioning, and business growth
- Drive cross-practice collaboration and integrated digital transformation solutions
- Build a strong culture of innovation,



collaboration, accountability, and talent development.
- Lead the AI-first transformation across digital capabilities and delivery models

Qualifications

- 20+ years of overall professional experience

Required Skills

- Proven experience leading large-scale, multidisciplinary technology/digital organizations
- Experience managing 1,000+ professionals across multiple geographies.
- Strong background in Digital Transformation, Digital Engineering, Product Engineering, commerce, or Experience Transformation
- Demonstrated experience working with mature Western markets, particularly the US
- Strong understanding of global delivery models, GCCs, and distributed technology organizations
- Experience with P&L;, financial management, utilization, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and global business stakeholders
- Proven experience in practice building, business growth, presales, and solutioning
- Entrepreneurial mindset—experiencing building a practice, business, capability, or organization from the ground up is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of AI-led / AI-embedded digital transformation
