You will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function, owning the accuracy, timeliness, and strategic value of the Company's financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. More than a reporter of numbers, you will act as a business problem-solver turning analysis into recommendations, identifying what to do about it, and partnering with the CFO and business leadership to drive measurable improvement in performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead MIS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

- Analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions

- Build business cases, evaluate ROI, and support strategic initiatives

- Own investor presentations, board decks, and leadership reporting





- Define and track key business metrics and unit economics

- Drive automation, BI-led reporting, and process improvements

- Lead and mentor the FP&A; team

Skill Requirements:

- 8 - 12 years of FP&A;/Business Finance experience with team management

- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills

- Expertise in Excel, financial modelling, and executive presentations

- Experience with BI/planning tools; implementation experience is an advantage

- Preferred industry experience: Telecom, E-commerce, Retail, or SaaS

- Self-driven with a solid problem-solving and stakeholder management mindse
