DGM / AGM Facilities Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Facilities Management operations for the project.
- Oversee MEP, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & life safety, lifts and building services.
- Manage preventive & breakdown maintenance, AMC and service contracts.
- Lead vendors, contractors and facility teams and ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor facility budgets, operational costs, energy consumption and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Project, Security, Housekeeping and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Drive service quality, cost optimisation and operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- 12–18 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong experience in managing large-scale residential/commercial projects.
- Valuable knowledge of MEP systems, statutory compliance, AMC and vendor management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
