Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a DGCA Certified Drone Pilot based in Hyderabad, with a mix of on-site field operations and some work-from-home tasks such as planning, coordination, and documentation.

The Drone

Pilot will conduct aerial photography and videography shoots, operate and maintain UAVs and related equipment, and ensure safe, compliant flight operations in line with DGCA regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include site recce, flight planning, executing shoots for real estate and hospitality projects, backing up and organizing footage, and coordinating with the creative and post-production teams. The role also involves monitoring equipment performance,



performing basic troubleshooting, and supporting training or knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.

Qualifications

- Strong operational skills in Drone Piloting and Piloting of UAVs for photography and videography projects

- Hands-on experience with Drones and UAV platforms, including pre-flight checks, maintenance, and safety procedures

- Ability to provide or support Training related to drone operations, safety, and compliance when required

- Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate and thorough understanding of DGCA rules, airspace regulations, and local permissions

- Experience in aerial imaging for real estate, hospitality, or related visual content fields is highly beneficial

- Proficiency in basic camera settings, framing, and aerial cinematography; familiarity with post-production workflows is an advantage

- Robust attention to detail, situational awareness, and risk management skills during field operations

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams

- Willingness to travel locally for shoots and work flexible hours based on project requirements
