About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure configuration, and platform reliability for our projects. You'll work closely with development and testing teams to build and maintain robust, automated, and secure systems, and be a key technical contributor on incident response and root cause analysis.

What You Will Do

1. Manage system infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms

2. Administer source code management and automation tools (Git, Jenkins, container registries)

3. Configure environments for dev, SIT, UAT, and production

4. Set up and debug stack components such as Kafka, MongoDB, RDBMS, RabbitMQ

5. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and release

6. Write automation scripts using Python, Bash, or similar

7. Implement monitoring and alerting across the software stack

8. Perform vulnerability assessments and risk management

9.



Review and validate code from a DevOps/infra perspective

10. Lead incident management and root cause analysis for production issues

What We're Looking For

1. B.Tech in CSE/IT or equivalent

2. 2-4 years of relevant hands-on DevOps experience

3. Robust working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments

4. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration

5. Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline setup

6. Scripting proficiency in Bash and/or Python

7. Working knowledge of Ansible for configuration management

8. Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

9. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as ELK stack or Grafana

10. Working knowledge of MSSQL/MySQL and general networking concepts
