Hiring: DevOps & Automation Engineer – PagerDuty Integration

Location: Delhi / NCR

Work Mode: Work from Office – 2 days/week from client office

Shift: Rotational

Experience:

• Senior Engineer: 7+ years overall | 2+ years PagerDuty

• Lead/Principal Engineer: 10+ years overall | 3+ years PagerDuty

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement and manage PagerDuty integrations with DevOps, monitoring and ITSM platforms.
- Configure and maintain PagerDuty services, escalation policies, schedules, routing rules and incident workflows.
- Automate incident management, alert routing and operational workflows.
- Integrate PagerDuty with monitoring, observability, CI/CD and ticketing tools.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve incident response and reduce MTTR.
- Support production environments and participate in incident, problem and change management.
- Troubleshoot alerts, integrations and automation failures.




- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, Cloud and application teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

- PagerDuty – 2+ years (Senior) / 3+ years (Lead/Principal)
- Strong DevOps / SRE / Automation experience
- Incident Management & Alert Management
- PagerDuty Services, Escalation Policies, Schedules & Event Rules
- API / Webhook integrations
- CI/CD and automation
- Linux / Shell scripting
- Cloud exposure – AWS / Azure / GCP
- Monitoring & Observability tools
- Solid troubleshooting and production support experience
