Web Developer & Recruiter

We are looking for a Web Developer & Recruiter to work on assigned web development projects and support the company’s recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update websites/web applications for assigned projects.
- Fix bugs and ensure positive website performance.
- Understand project requirements and complete development tasks on time.
- Source candidates through Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Search for suitable candidates in nearby/local areas when required.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
- Use company-provided recruitment funds only for approved recruitment expenses such as candidate sourcing, advertising, and local recruitment activities. These funds are not the employee’s salary.

Requirements




- Experience in web development and relevant technologies.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Experience with Indeed/recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for recruitment when required.

Compensation Salary: Based on experience and skills. Recruitment Budget: Provided separately by the company for approved recruitment expenses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
