Responsibilities

- Execute all engineering changes arising from internal stakeholders

- Impliment actions identified for capacity enhancement

- Impliment identified PACE projects as per the timeline

- Frequent audit on finished goods stock of supplier both online / offline

- Have signoff agreement with suppliers on all development actions related to PACE, Capacity, Quality & Delivery

- Constant search of waste elimination initiave in process & raw material, logistics, packing etc

- Bring out the need for additional suppliers induction based on QCDD performance of current supplier

NPD

- Conduct APQP process plan Development of parts required for given project





- Develop parts to support proto Alpha, Beta & QP requirements as per project milestones

- Meet target cost of parts / assembly from Design Stage onwards

- Create capacity as per identified actions, whereever it is required as per guideline provided by respective CP -CH

Qualifications

- Education Qualification: Diploma/BE
