Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users and ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, peripherals, applications, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS and network-related issues.
- Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Perform system setup, configuration, software installation and troubleshooting.
- Handle user issues related to MS Office, Outlook, Teams and other standard applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP and basic connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, password resets and access-related issues.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory and documentation.




- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and vendors for unresolved technical issues.
- Follow IT service desk processes, ticketing procedures and SLA requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution and proper documentation of incidents and service requests.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware and peripherals.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, Outlook and Teams.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and networking.
- Experience in troubleshooting printers and other peripheral devices.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, user account management and password reset.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and coordinate with different teams.
