Salary Budget: ₹50,000–₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

Reporting To: Head of Operations / Director – Projects

About the Role

AvenueCorp India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Design Manager with strong hands-on expertise in AutoCAD-based design for Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), Fire & Safety Systems and Security Systems.

The candidate will be responsible for independently handling design development, drawings, technical documentation and design coordination for projects. Strong AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory. Revit modelling is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Engineering

- Prepare and develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for IBMS, Fire & Security systems.
- Design and develop system layouts, schematics, single-line diagrams and installation drawings.
- Review project requirements, specifications and consultant drawings.
- Develop coordinated designs that are practical for site execution.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and technical issues.

1. IBMS / Building Automation

Design and coordinate systems including:
- IBMS / BMS
- Building Automation Systems
- HVAC Controls
- Energy Management Systems
- Monitoring and Control Systems
- Integration of various building services

1. Fire & Safety Systems

Experience in designing and preparing drawings for:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Fire Detection Systems
- Fire Fighting Systems
- Fire Suppression Systems
- Sprinkler Systems
- Hydrant Systems
- Emergency systems

1. Security & ELV Systems

Hands-on design experience in:
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Intrusion Detection
- Public Address Systems
- Structured Cabling




- Security Management Systems
- Other ELV systems

1. AutoCAD & Revit

- Strong hands-on AutoCAD skills are mandatory.
- Prepare accurate layouts, detailed drawings, schematics and as-built drawings.
- Review and modify drawings based on consultant/client comments.
- Revit modelling knowledge will be an added advantage .
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure clash-free designs.

1. Design Coordination

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects and Clients.
- Attend design review and coordination meetings.
- Incorporate client/consultant comments into drawings.
- Provide technical clarification to the execution team.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical drawings and equipment details.

1. BOQ & Technical Documentation

- Prepare/review BOQs and material requirements.
- Prepare technical submittals and equipment schedules.
- Review vendor drawings and technical datasheets.
- Maintain design documentation and drawing registers.
- Prepare final/as-built drawings as required.

Required Experience The candidate must have:
- 10–15 years of relevant design experience.
- Strong experience in IBMS/BMS, Fire Systems and Security Systems .
- Extensive hands-on experience in AutoCAD .
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, residential, hospitality, healthcare or large infrastructure projects.
- Ability to independently handle design requirements from concept/design development through execution support.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related engineering discipline .
- Relevant technical/design experience will be given strong consideration.
