Role & responsibilities

1. 1.2D Drawing Preperation

2. Check Feasibility for new design as per customer requirement.

3. Product Benchmarking.

4. Prepare Technical 3D Proposal as per Customer requirement.

5. New Product design. CAE Analysis.

6. tolerance Stickup study for Current Design Tech Review / Spec Review with Customer

7. Check the feasibility concern raised by Tool supplier & Part supplier.

8. ECN / ECR Activity Participate / Prepare DFMEA Activity for product Design Prepare initial proto BOM, Pre BOM & Mass production BOM & share to development team
