Role & responsibilities

- Execute sales strategies for diesel generator solutions across the assigned region

- Identify and generate current business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors

- Take complete ownership of leads from generation to final closure

- Drive strong follow-ups, negotiations, and ensure timely deal closures

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and consultants

- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable DG solutions

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

- Maintain accurate sales data and updates in CRM systems

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

- 48 years of experience in DG sets / power backup / industrial equipment sales

- Proven track record of successful deal closures

- Strong understanding of industrial sales cycle and client handling
