Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile Engineering or related field

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager / Manager – Manufacturing to lead and manage manufacturing operations at an automotive component manufacturing facility in Sri City, Tada, Andhra Pradesh.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in automotive component manufacturing, preferably with a Tier-1 automotive supplier supplying to major OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall manufacturing operations and production activities.
- Drive production planning and control to achieve targets.
- Improve OEE, productivity and machine utilization.
- Ensure quality, safety and process compliance.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma and 5S initiatives.
- Reduce scrap, rejection, downtime and manufacturing costs.
- Lead and develop production/manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain and other departments.
- Support customer and supplier coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and manufacturing excellence.

Required Experience & Skills
- 15–22 years of experience in automotive component manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership/managerial role.
- Mandatory: Tier-1 automotive component manufacturing experience.
- Experience supplying components to major automotive OEMs is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Lean Manufacturing
- TPM
- Kaizen
- Six Sigma
- 5S
- OEE Improvement




- Productivity Improvement
- Strong understanding of:
- IATF 16949
- APQP
- PPAP
- FMEA
- SPC
- MSA
- Automotive Core Tools

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

- Precision Machining
- Forging
- Heat Treatment
- Assembly
- High-volume Automotive Manufacturing
- Engine Valve Manufacturing

Experience in dealing directly with automotive OEM customers will be an added advantage.
