Role & responsibilities

- Sound knowledge of IT Systems/Applications, Networking, IT security, CCTV, Access Control, Cloud platform, O365, etc.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Integrations will be an added advantage
- Knowledge about SDLC, ITIL and related processes for Incident Mgmt., SRs, CRs etc.
- ITIL certification will be an added advantage
- Hands on knowledge in SQL, Oracle Database etc.
- Basic knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT etc.
- Knowledge of latest IT technology and implementation
- Implementing IT policies and best practices for the organization
- Managing AMC renewals, IT Vendors and IT budgets
- Coordinate with Central IT functions to be aligned with corporate standards / policies
- Valuable knowledge about business process management and its impact on IT Solutions
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Good Communication and Stakeholders management skills
- Good verbal / written English skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Documentation Skills

Preferred candidate profile 7~8 years (Minimum 2 yrs. experience in working in Plant / Factory)
