Responsibilities

- Underwriting of recent car loans business

- Incorporate industry best practices with respect to processing turnaround, risk metrics and policy

- Provide an inside perspective on underwriting as managed by the leading financiers in the industry

- Drive ownership of internal processes and compliance with underwriting policies

- Support Business, Risk Operations in meeting the long term goals of the respective businesses

- Cover pan India strategy for new car loans from sale to purchase, balance transfer, and refinance perspective

- Reports to the Regional Credit Manager

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Chartered Accountant / MBA with at least 3 years of experience in financial services underwriting

- At least 3 years underwriting experience in used car loans with a reputed bank/NBFC
