Position Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished, dynamic, and clinician-leader to step into the role of Clinic Head & Lead Dentist at our state-of-the-art, 4-chair premium dental practice located in GK1, New Delhi.

As Clinic Head, you will hold comprehensive 360-degree accountability for the clinic's success. This dual role combines top-tier clinical care with full operational, financial, administrative, and team leadership responsibilities. You will establish clinical benchmarks, drive patient retention, oversee day-to-day operations, lead clinical/non-clinical staff, and ensure an unmatched high-end patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Leadership & Patient Care

- Comprehensive General Dentistry: Deliver and oversee advanced general dental procedures, including restorative treatments, prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, veneers), endodontics (rotary RCTs), non-surgical periodontics, extractions, and smile design.
- Diagnosis & Treatment Planning: Conduct exhaustive consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and present multi-disciplinary treatment plans to patients with clarity and transparency.
- Specialist Coordination: Work closely with visiting consultants (Oral Surgeons, Orthodontists, Periodontists, Pedodontists) to manage complex multi-specialty cases seamlessly.
- Quality & Safety Standards: Establish and maintain strict infection control protocols, clinical sterilization, digital charting, and compliance with all healthcare regulations.

1. Operational & Facility Management

- Clinic Operations: Oversee the smooth daily functioning of all 4 dental chairs, appointment scheduling,



and patient flow to maximize clinic utilization and minimize waiting times.
- Equipment & Technology Upkeep: Maintain dental equipment (dental chairs, digital X-rays/RVG, intraoral scanners, autoclaves) in pristine condition with proactive maintenance schedules.
- Inventory & Procurement: Supervise stock management, dental consumables procurement, vendor negotiations, and inventory audits to eliminate wastage and shortages.
- Lab Management: Oversee relationships with premium dental laboratories to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of crowns, prosthetics, and aligners.

1. Business Performance & Financial Growth

- P&L; Responsibility: Drive revenue growth and clinic profitability through high case acceptance, patient retention, internal referrals, and operational cost management.
- Patient Conversion & Counseling: Lead high-value treatment consultations and handle complex patient queries or objections effectively.
- Marketing & Practice Growth: Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance local visibility in GK1/South Delhi, host patient awareness drives, and foster community relations.
- Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as chair utilization, footfall, average ticket size, and patient satisfaction scores, presenting weekly/monthly reports to management.

1. Team Leadership & Patient Experience

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate associate dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, front-desk executives, and administrative personnel.
- Patient Experience & Hospitality:



Ensure a premium, white-glove, luxury clinic experience for every patient, handling escalations and feedback with empathy and diplomacy.
- Culture & Training: Foster a culture of excellence, periodic internal trainings, continuing education, ethical practice, and team synergy.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications

- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution. MDS (Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Conservative Dentistry, Oral Surgery or Periodontology) is highly preferred.
- Active registration with the Delhi Dental Council (DDC).
- Experience: Minimum 7–10+ years of active clinical practice, with at least 3+ years in a senior/lead role managing a multi-chair premium facility or high-end private practice.

Clinical Expertise
- Proficiency in modern digital dentistry tools (Intraoral Scanners, Digital Smile Design, RVG/CBCT interpretation).
- Expert-level patient counseling skills with a track record of high acceptance for complex restorative and aesthetic cases.

Leadership & Administrative Competencies
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and experience reading operational reports/P&Ls.;
- Excellent interpersonal, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Warm demeanor, polished communication skills in English and Hindi, and familiarity with South Delhi clientele expectations.
