Techindika Hybrid ₹ 5 -7 LPA Full-Time Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Qualification

- Qualify incoming inquiries (fit, timeline, budget, decision-makers, success criteria).
- Lead discovery calls to capture workflows, constraints, and pain points.
- Document requirements verbatim with assumptions clearly labelled.
- Identify stakeholders and define ownership structures.

Scope & Solutioning

- Define measurable business outcomes and acceptance criteria.
- Establish scope boundaries to prevent scope creep.
- Conduct feasibility analysis (technology, integrations, cost, compliance, security).
- Recommend solution paths (MVP vs Phase-2) with trade-offs.
- Prepare comprehensive scope documents covering features, roles, flows, and dependencies.

Architecture & Planning

- Define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Map data models and integrations.
- Align UI/UX deliverables with project goals.
- Collaborate on technical architecture and setting strategy.
- Create testing strategies and delivery checklists.
- Break work into milestones with timelines, estimates, and buffers.

Governance & Execution

- Set up project governance, tools, and communication cadence.
- Build and manage backlog, sprint plans, and release plans.
- Convert scope into structured user stories with Definition of Done.
- Track risks, enforce change control, and maintain CR logs.
- Run Scrum ceremonies and weekly demos.
- Oversee QA, performance validation, and structured UAT.

Delivery & Closure

- Prepare deployment runbooks and rollback strategies.
- Execute controlled production releases.
- Deliver documentation, credentials,



and operational guides.
- Train client stakeholders and confirm readiness.
- Manage sign-offs, warranty support transition, and post-delivery reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years in Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, or Agile Delivery.
- Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent documentation capability (BRD, FRD, scope, charters, user stories).
- Proven stakeholder and client coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured communication.
