About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, target-driven staffing professional to drive recruitment delivery for US IT requirements. This is a hands-on role combining recruiting, team mentoring, and delivery ownership, with clear accountability for quality submissions, interviews, and placements.

Strong Senior and Lead Recruiters with demonstrated leadership potential are encouraged to apply. A stable employment history and consistent performance will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Own recruitment delivery for assigned US IT requirements and meet agreed submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Remain actively involved in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and closures.
- Create and refine advanced Boolean search strings to identify relevant candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, and resume databases.
- Prioritize requirements, allocate work, and guide recruiters toward timely, quality submissions.
- Review candidate profiles for technical relevance, communication skills, availability, and alignment with client requirements.
- Mentor recruiters on sourcing techniques, screening, professional outreach, follow-ups, and candidate management.




- Track recruitment activity and conversion metrics, identify delivery gaps, and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with account managers and internal stakeholders on priorities, candidate feedback, and delivery progress.
- Maintain professional communication and accurate recruitment records throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on US IT Staffing experience, with a proven record of meeting recruitment targets.
- Strong Boolean sourcing skills, including the ability to build precise searches for niche technical requirements.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and US staffing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional candidate and stakeholder engagement.
- A confident leadership presence, sound judgment, and the ability to hold a team accountable respectfully.
- Ability to mentor recruiters, improve team performance, and lead by example.
- Solid ownership, urgency, organization, and follow-through.
- A positive attitude, professional conduct, and openness to feedback.
- Willingness to work onsite in Sector 74A, Gurugram.
