Job Title: Delivery Head IT Recruitment

Job Purpose The Delivery Head – IT Recruitment will lead, scale, and optimize the end-to-end recruitment delivery engine. This strategic leader will own service level agreements

(SLAs), delivery margins, and client retention across a diverse portfolio of technical accounts. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business development and operational execution, ensuring high-quality, high-velocity tech talent fulfilment while building a top-tier recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Delivery Management

- Deconstruct complex IT mandates across various technical stacks (e.g.,

Software Engineering, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, AI/ML).
- Formulate high-impact sourcing, screening, and engagement strategies to

meet fluctuating talent demands.
- Optimize fulfilment metrics, including Turnaround Time (TAT), Submission

to-Interview ratio, and Offer-to-Join ratio.
- Act as the final internal escalation point for critical or at-risk client accounts

before reaching executive leadership.
1. Team Leadership & Capability Building

- Lead and mentor a large team of IT Recruitment Leads, Account Managers,

and Technical Recruiters.
- Establish performance benchmarks, track daily/weekly/monthly goals, and

manage the team’s OKRs and KPIs.
- Conduct continuous technical and soft-skill training sessions to keep the

delivery team aligned with evolving IT trends.
1. Account Management & Client Relations

- Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams to forecast

resource requirements and scale recruitment operations seamlessly.
- Participate in strategic client meetings,



providing data-driven market insights

and salary benchmarking.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction (NPS) by continuously aligning

delivery capabilities with client technical ecosystems.
1. Financial & Operational Excellence

- Own the Profit & Loss (P&L;) accountability for the recruitment delivery unit,

maximizing gross margins and resource utilization.
- Enforce process automation and best practices across up-to-date Applicant

Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and automated sourcing platforms.
- Implement data-driven dashboards to regularly report delivery analytics to

senior leadership. Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business

Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or technical degree is highly preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of core experience in IT recruitment, with a minimum

of 5–8 years in a leadership role (Delivery Head, Recruitment Manager).
- Industry Background: Proven track record in a fast-paced Staffing Agency,

IT Staffing company.
- Deep Domain Knowledge: Exceptional understanding of software

development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud environments, devops, niche technologies, and emerging digital trends.
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency with advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn,

Greenhouse, Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-driven sourcing tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, superior stakeholder management,

strategic problem-solving, and a servant-leadership mindset.
