Job ResponsibilitiesAcquire new merchants/customers in the assigned area. Conduct daily field visits and market activities. Explain products and services to merchants/customers.

Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. Onboard new merchants and complete required documentation. Maintain good relationships with existing merchants. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with potential and existing merchants. Handle basic customer/merchant queries and coordinate with the concerned team. Maintain daily sales and field visit reports.



✅ Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Merchant Acquisition or a related field.

Good communication and customer-handling skills. Comfortable with field work and daily market visits. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
