Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dealer Distribution – Steel professional to manage and expand the dealer and distributor network. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new dealers, maintaining existing relationships and achieving business targets in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with existing steel dealers and distributors.
- Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the distribution network.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits and dealer references.
- Regularly visit dealers, distributors and potential customers.
- Understand market demand and customer requirements.
- Manage dealer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch.
- Monitor stock availability and market movement.
- Maintain robust relationships with dealers and channel partners.




- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market strategies.
- Resolve dealer queries and complaints.
- Prepare sales, market visit and dealer performance reports.
- Identify new market opportunities for increasing product sales.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in steel, building materials, construction materials or related industries.
- Experience in dealer/distributor/channel sales is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local market and dealer network.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term dealer relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
- Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
