Position: DCDP Bulk Cooking
Location: Delhi / Mumbai
Experience: 2–4 Years
- Handle bulk food preparation and cooking as per production plan and SOPs.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion control and timely production.
- Manage kitchen team and allocate daily tasks.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor raw materials, wastage and stock usage.
- Ensure timely dispatch of prepared food to outlets.
- Experience in bulk cooking / central kitchen / commissary preferred.
