About the Role

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and energetic Daycare Worker/Caregiver to provide attentive care and support to children in our daycare facility. The person will be responsible for ensuring children's safety, comfort, hygiene, and overall well-being throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and take care of children during daycare hours.
- Ensure a safe, clean, hygienic, and child-friendly environment.
- Assist children with meals, snacks, nap time, and personal hygiene.
- Engage children in age-appropriate games, creative activities, storytelling, and learning activities.
- Monitor children's behaviour, mood, and overall well-being.
- Ensure children are never left unattended.
- Assist with maintaining children's belongings and personal items.
- Support children with basic needs such as feeding, changing, and toileting, as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of children's play areas, activity areas, and other daycare spaces.
- Report any health, safety, behavioral, or other concerns to the Daycare Manager.
- Follow all daycare safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a warm, patient,



and positive approach while interacting with children.
- Communicate appropriately with parents regarding routine activities or concerns, as guided by the Daycare Manager.
- Assist in organizing celebrations, activities, and special events for children.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation or a certificate in Childcare/Early Childhood Education will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in daycare, preschool, school, nursery, or childcare.
- Prior experience handling young children will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, responsible, and energetic.
- Comfortable working with children of different age groups.
- Basic understanding of child safety, hygiene, and first aid.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Should be reliable, punctual, and attentive.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
