RPSG Group is looking for an experienced Data Lead to join its Group IT & Digital team. You will drive the organization's data and analytics strategy by leading data management, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead the organization's data and analytics strategy to support business objectives.
- Manage and mentor the data analytics team, driving high performance and capability development.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and reporting solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across systems.
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and solutions.
- Drive BI and analytics initiatives to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of data platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for business improvement.
- Evaluate emerging analytics, AI, and data management technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Manage analytics projects, timelines,



resources, and vendor engagements where applicable.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6-10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management, or related domains.
- Solid expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience leading and mentoring analytics or data teams.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management best practices.
- Experience translating business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and AI/ML initiatives is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
