Data Entry Operator / Valuation Report Typist

Location: Shahpur Jat, Hauz Khas, New Delhi

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday + Last Sunday of the Month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Data Entry Operator / Valuation Report Typist to join our team.

The role involves preparing qualified property valuation reports, entering and organizing property-related information, coordinating with bankers and clients, and maintaining important records.

Key Responsibilities

Report Preparation

Prepare and format property valuation reports using company software.

Enter accurate property details into standardized company formats.

Ensure reports are complete, properly formatted, and error-free.

Data Interpretation

Read and understand visit sheets and handwritten notes prepared by field engineers.

Convert field information into accurate digital reports.

Cross-check details carefully to minimize data-entry errors.

Client & Banker Coordination





Communicate with bankers and clients regarding missing documents and report-related queries.

Coordinate with clients and bankers to obtain required information and clarifications.

Provide timely updates on report status whenever required.

Record & File Management

Maintain a digital database of valuation reports and property photographs.

Scan, upload, and organize property-related documents.

Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems.

Ensure records are updated and easily accessible.

Required Skills

Good typing and computer skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to understand handwritten notes and documents.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates with valuation report, data entry, documentation, or back-office experience will be preferred.

Freshers with good computer and typing skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
