- Enter and maintain accurate jewellery-related data in ERP/software and Excel.
- Update product, order, stock and customer details as required.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS and data reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, Stores and Accounts teams for data-related requirements.
- Verify data accuracy and maintain proper records and documentation.
- Handle order entries, invoices, stock details and other routine data-entry work.
- Ensure timely updating of records and maintain data confidentiality.
Required Skills:
- Jewellery industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
