Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with documentation, data entry, and internal coordinationLiaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatchesMaintain and update customer records and sales data in ERP and internal systemsAssist in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and sales reportsCoordinate with accounts for payment updatesMonitor stock availability and assist in planning order executionAssist the sales team in managing client relationships and follow-ups.Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
