Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a Data Entry Operator who is responsible for accurately entering, updating, maintaining, and organizing company and client-related information in computer systems and records.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately in company systems and Excel sheets.
- Maintain and organize client, employee, case, and office-related records.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Handle documentation and ensure records are properly maintained.
- Perform data collection and data verification as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for data-related requirements.
- Complete assigned data-entry tasks within deadlines.
- Perform other administrative and documentation duties as required.

Required Skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel,



MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Laptop: Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the assigned Legal Capital Law Firm office location.
