Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to handle insurance policy data entry and booking through the SAIBA portal. The candidate will be responsible for entering policy information accurately, updating records, and ensuring that all assigned policies are processed within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and book insurance policy details accurately in the SAIBA portal.
- Verify policy information and supporting documents before data entry.
- Ensure all assigned policies are entered and processed on time.
- Maintain accurate records of completed and pending policies.
- Update daily data entry reports and trackers.
- Identify and report data discrepancies, missing information, and system issues to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with the production and insurance teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Follow company procedures and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure no assigned policy is missed or left pending without proper reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn and work with online portals.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workload and meet daily deadlines.

Salary and Training
- First 3 months: Internship period with a monthly stipend of ₹12,000.
- After successful completion of the internship: Monthly salary of ₹15,000, followed by the probation period.
- After successful completion of probation: Company confirmation and applicable employee benefits, as per company policy.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
