Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Data Entry Executive to support our factory operations by maintaining accurate records, updating data, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update daily factory/production data accurately in Excel and company systems.
- Maintain attendance, production, inventory, dispatch, and other operational records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
- Verify data and correct discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of factory records.
- Coordinate with factory, production, stores, HR, and other departments for required information.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.




- Perform other data-entry and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive typing speed with accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of data management and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Freshers with good Excel and typing skills can also apply.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in a textile/apparel manufacturing or factory environment will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Location: Dombivli Factory, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
