Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Data Center and NOC operations, ensuring smooth 24x7 service delivery.
- Manage NOC teams and provide technical and operational guidance, including 3rd and 4th line support.
- Oversee incident management, service restoration, escalation management, and SLA compliance.
- Monitor staffing levels, shift schedules, workload and resource requirements to ensure timely response to network and server incidents.
- Manage maintenance activities, contracts, vendors, suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure SLA compliance for current service provisioning and service restoration.
- Handle capacity management, asset utilization and infrastructure requirements.
- Act as the key escalation point for customer issues, service outages and critical incidents.
- Develop, implement and maintain NOC processes, procedures and operational documentation based on industry best practices.
- Lead internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments,



customers, vendors and service providers to achieve business and service objectives.
- Develop, mentor and train team members and conduct regular performance and career development reviews.
- Manage operational priorities and ensure effective workload distribution across the team.
- Provide out-of-hours escalation support for critical service issues.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Operations, preferably with extensive experience in Data Center and NOC environments.
- Strong experience in NOC management within large-scale IT environments.
- Proven experience in team leadership and technology supervision.
- Strong technical expertise in networking, servers, incident management and service operations.
- Experience in SLA management, capacity management, service restoration and infrastructure maintenance.
- Strong vendor, supplier and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and escalation management skills.
- Experience in managing and developing technical teams.
- CCNP and PMP certifications will be preferred.
