Role Description The Data Analytics Palantir Foundry Optimization role is a part-time remote position focused on improving data workflows and analytical efficiency within the Palantir Foundry workplace. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data pipelines and models, optimizing Foundry data sets and transformations, and ensuring data quality and consistency across projects.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into scalable data solutions, and creating documentation for data processes and best practices. The professional in this role will also monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks,



and suggest enhancements to maximize the value of data assets and analytical tools.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in data-oriented disciplines, with demonstrated skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and experience applying structured problem-solving to complex datasets and business challenges.
- Proficiency in Data Management, including organizing, cleaning, and governing large and diverse data sources.
- Hands-on experience with Data Modeling, including designing logical and physical models that support reporting and advanced analytics.
- Experience working with or optimizing solutions in Palantir Foundry or similar modern data platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Familiarity with SQL and at least one programming or scripting language commonly used in data analytics (e.g., Python or R) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and documenting data processes clearly.
