We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to analyze business data, identify trends and patterns, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SQL, Advanced Excel, data analysis, Power BI/Tableau, data visualization, reporting, and Python/Pandas. The role requires the ability to work with large datasets, understand business requirements, develop meaningful reports and dashboards, and communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable business insights.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, validation, and quality checks.
- Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, and data manipulation.
- Use Python/Pandas for data analysis and automation where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and reporting requirements.




- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Investigate data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports and dashboards.
- Work in an Agile and team-oriented environment.
