Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the Sales Force Excellence function. The role will focus on analysing sales data, creating meaningful dashboards and visualizations, preparing management presentations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to generate actionable business insights.

Analyse sales and business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for effective performance tracking.
- Create clear, visually appealing, and management-ready presentations and data visualizations.
- Convert complex data into simple and meaningful insights that support business and sales decisions.
- Work closely with sales and other internal teams to understand requirements and provide relevant analysis.
- Regularly review data and reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Support preparation of sales performance reviews, business updates, and leadership presentations.




- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Present key findings and insights in a structured and easy-to-understand manner.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Power BI and data visualization.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or unusual trends.
- Ability to convert data into useful business insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple requirements.
