Affluense is an AI-powered wealth intelligence platform used by leading wealth managers, banks and BFSI firms across India. We track who’s creating wealth, where money is moving and what’s happening in the market, and we turn that into intelligence our customers act on every day.

The Role

You’ll be the analytical gatekeeper of our intelligence. Before anything reaches a customer, you make sure it’s accurate, complete and makes sense. You’ll work closely with the founders and the data team, reviewing financial information, deal activity and wealth signals, and catching what others miss.

This role suits someone who enjoys cross-checking a figure until it adds up, who notices when something looks slightly off, and who follows the markets out of genuine interest.

What you’ll do

- Review and verify financial data, company information and deal activity for accuracy and consistency
- Cross-reference information across multiple sources and resolve any discrepancies
- Spot anomalies, gaps and patterns in large datasets
- Build Excel models and Python scripts that automate repetitive checks and make the team faster
- Track funding rounds,



exits, M&A;, IPOs and other money movements across India’s market
- Help define and improve our data quality standards as we scale

What we’re looking for

- Quick and sharp with numbers. You enjoy working with them.
- Obsessive attention to detail. Small errors bother you.
- Strong hands-on Excel skills: lookups, pivots, formulas, data cleaning
- Working knowledge of Python (pandas is a plus), especially for automating tasks
- A real interest in finance: startups, funding, markets, wealth creation and how money moves
- Comfortable reading financial statements, deal announcements and business news
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field

Bonus points

- You follow deal news (Entrackr, Inc42, VCCircle, ET) for fun
- CFA Level 1 or NISM certification, or currently pursuing one
- You’ve built a tracker, model or automation on your own initiative
