Responsibilities
- Understand client processes and convert them into digital workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and improve business processes.
- Manage end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and go-live.
- Validate data and reporting using SQL and Excel.
- Build dashboards based on business metrics.
- Support API integrations and troubleshoot issues.
- Drive platform adoption and long-term customer success.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Operations, or Analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with dashboards, reporting, and business metrics.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
