About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to begin their career in Data Analytics and develop practical experience in data analysis, visualization, and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and prepare datasets from various sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create dashboards and visual reports to communicate analytical findings.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand and support their data requirements.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is an added advantage.
- Certification in Data Analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a genuine interest in Data Analytics and working with data.
- Are willing to learn new tools and technologies.
- Have good analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Can communicate insights clearly.
- Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment as well as collaborating with a team.
Employment Terms
- Employment Type: Full time
- Work Location: Remote
- Experience Required: Fresher
- Eligible Batch: 2026 Graduates Only
- Bond Period: 2 years from the date of joining
- Year 1 Salary: ₹1.8 LPA (Fixed)
- Appraisal: Performance-based salary revision after completion of the first year.
Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Data Analytics certification is preferred but not mandatory.
